Moreover, members of our Firm have extensive experience in all other capital markets matters, including the Market Abuse Regulation, the transparency directive matters, MIFid II, the legislation on prohibition of short selling etc.
Nikos Pimblis, the Firm’s Managing Partner, has over 25 years of experience in the field, during which he has acted as General Counsel of the Athens Stock Exchange, Member of the Legal Council of the Athens Stock Exchange, Counsel to the Board of Directors of Hellenic Exchanges S.A. and Member of the AthEx Markets Steering Committee.
Our Firm has contributed the Greek Section of Global Legal Insights’ Legal Guide on “Initial Public Offerings” (year 2019).
